To conduct the audit, the Alla Breve Consulting team will review your Strategic Plan and current action plan(s). Based on a review of these documents against our audit rubric elements, Alla Breve Consulting will provide feedback for each of the four criteria and share actionable recommendations to ensure future implementation years are as successful as they can be!
Using our decades of experience supporting schools in strategic planning and evaluation, your plan will be reviewed against the following criteria:
Clear direction for planning efforts,
Focus on outcomes,
Process for monitoring progress, and
Communication of key performance indicators.
The audit will be completed within 10 business days of receipt of the planning documents, and a 30-minute debrief will occur via Zoom to review the written summary report.
